About Solo Beauty Training Academy

Hi! I'm Kayleigh

 

and i have been in the nail, beauty & Skin business for over 23 years! Having worked my way through employment, self employment, salon owner, to a mobile therapist & worked from home - there is no business model i have not done.
I studied at college to get my teaching qualification many years ago in between being a busy salon owner - working long days then heading off to college whilst being pregnant, you could say i was unstoppable! :)

I got in to the teaching industry working for one of the biggest nail brands in the UK at the time, focusing on brand education, which involved yearly brand education summits for 4 days down off the coast of Sunny Bournemouth, whilst preparing for our big shows in London, Manchester, Birmingham & Scotland. Yes - you may of heard of them Beauty UK & Professional Beauty North , where we showcased our brands and delivered demos to Salon owners, self-employed nail techs & beauty therapists, & College students. Fast forward a few years after 2020, to be precise, and I started to work for numerous private training providers in the North East delivering NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty therapy. This has lead me on to delivering my own courses face to face & online using all my invaluable experience & professional knowledge that I have built up over the years .
